it seems i've turned the corner since qigong started, can feel improvements internallly but not see it. frustration and impatience are the devil's temptations now, and at times i slip into it. i need to work harder, strength courage resilience where art thou for heaven's sake. i promised to be up by the end of hte year but there's only 3 mths to go. i promised cheech n wy we'll make it for christmas in the big apple, new year's at times sq..but i'm still here..summer's gone but i'm still here. fuck fuck fuck i'm gonna try and sit up right now without anyone's help.
